The Center for Human Resources' corporate members can join one or more of the following groups:
The Council on Employee Relations (founded in 1946 as the Labor Relations Council) serves as an important forum for Philadelphia-area human resources executives. Members meet once a month during the academic year to discuss areas of common interest.
The Research Advisory Group (founded in 1967) provides a forum for senior executives from major U.S. companies to address a broad range of strategic human resources and labor-management issues. RAG meetings also feature updates on managing employee relations in a global context.
The Financial Services Group (founded in 1983) provides human resources executives at many of the nation's largest banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions with an information service designed to enhance their understanding of human resource management and employee relations in the financial sector.
