Constantine Alexandrakis
CEO, Russell Reynolds

Constantine Alexandrakis is the CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. Based in Chicago, he’s held numerous leadership positions at the firm, most recently as the head of the Americas region. Constantine advises corporate boards and CEOs for public and private companies across a wide range of industries. During his nearly two decades at RRA, he has completed board director, CEO and other top management succession and search assignments for leading public companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies. He also has expertise in corporate governance, board effectiveness, and succession planning.
Constantine joined the firm in 2004 after serving as vice president of operations for Hostway Corporation, a web solutions provider. He was also a strategy consultant for Towers Perrin. Earlier in his career, Constantine worked as a financial analyst with United Airlines.
Constantine received his AB in economics from Princeton University, with honors, and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

Amit Bajaj
President, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)-US

As part of the TCS global executive leadership team, Amit Bajaj is President of TCS in North America, the company’s largest market, and reports to the TCS CEO. Under his leadership of North America, TCS transformed its markets function through a unique agile operating model and digital go-to-market strategy. With more than 47,000 employees, TCS North America generated nearly $15 billion in revenues in the 2024 fiscal year. TCS was also named one of the World’s Most Admired Companies in 2024 by Fortune Magazine, one of LinkedIn’s 2023 Top 50 U.S. Companies, one of America’s Best Large Employers in 2023 by Forbes Magazine, and a number one Top Employer in the U.S. in 2024 by the Top Employers Institute.
Passionate about contributing to society, Amit has championed TCS programs that help young people embrace technology. They include goIT (go Innovate Together), TCS’s flagship STEM initiative which has benefitted more than 70,000 students across the U.S. and Canada since 2013, and TCS’ Ignite My Future, which has engaged more than 35,000 U.S. teachers and over 1.8 million students since 2017. In addition, Amit’s passion for running and commitment to health and wellness in local communities have driven TCS’ sponsorship of high profile running events such as the TCS New York City Marathon, the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, and the Boston and Chicago Marathons.
Prior to being appointed to his current role, Amit was Chief Executive of TCS Europe, a region spanning more than 15 countries and generating $3 billion in revenue. Prior to moving to Europe, he spent more than five years in the U.S. in a variety of industry and service line roles where he positioned TCS as an integrated service provider, winning the company’s first integrated IT-business process outsourcing engagement.
A dean’s scholar from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India, Amit graduated with an engineering degree and an MBA. His professional interests include agile management, organization behavior and operating model design. A leading advocate for growth and competitiveness, Amit frequently represents TCS at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He is on the board of directors of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose, an Advisory Board Member of Innovate@UCLA, as well as a member of the Texas CEO Council and the International Advisory Board of BritishAmerican Business.

Peter Cappelli

Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. He is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA, served as Senior Advisor to the Kingdom of Bahrain for Employment Policy from 2003-2005, was a Distinguished Scholar of the Ministry of Manpower for Singapore, and was Co-Director of the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center on the Educational Quality of the Workforce from 1990-1998. He was recently named by HR Magazine as one of the top 5 most influential management thinkers, by NPR as one of the 50 influencers in the field of aging, and was elected a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.
He received the 2009 PRO award from the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters for contributions to human resources and an honorary Doctorate degree from the University of Liege in Belgium. He is a regular contributor to The Wall Street Journal and writes a monthly column for HR Executive magazine. His recent work on performance management, agile systems, and hiring practices, and other workplace topics appears in the Harvard Business Review

Mary Ellen Iskenderian
President and CEO, Women’s World Banking

Mary Ellen Iskenderian is the President and CEO of Women’s World Banking, a global nonprofit dedicated to serving the nearly one billion women excluded by the formal financial sector. She joined Women’s World Banking in 2006 and leads its global team in partnering with financial institutions and policymakers around the world to design and develop solutions and programs that facilitate systemic change for women. Additionally, she oversees Women’s World Banking’s asset management business that makes direct equity investments in financial service providers as a means to advance women in the workplace and as customers.
Mary Ellen is a passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment through greater access to finance; she urges the financial services industry and business community to view low-income women as a powerful new market of small business owners, heads of households, and consumers of financial products and services.
Mary Ellen has spoken widely and published extensively on topics ranging from equality of economic opportunity, women’s financial inclusion, climate resilience, and financial abuse. In April 2022, her first book, “There’s Nothing Micro About a Billion Women: Making Finance Work for Women,” was published by MIT Press.
Before joining Women’s World Banking, Mary Ellen worked for 17 years at the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank, and had previously worked for the investment bank Lehman Brothers. She is a permanent member of the Council on Foreign Relations, serves as a Director on the Board of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council.
A 2017 Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center Fellow, Mary Ellen holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Klaus Kleinfeld
Former CEO, Siemens, Alcoa, Arconix

Dr. Klaus Kleinfeld is a founder, international manager, investor, entrepreneur, and now author. He is the founder and CEO of K2Elevation, a company that invests in and develops international enterprises in the technology and biotech segment.
He is Chairman of KONUX and Chairman of FERNRIDE, a member of the supervisory boards of GreyOrange, Fero Labs and NEOM. From 2008 to 2017, he was Chairman and CEO of Alcoa/Arconic. Previously, Dr. Kleinfeld had a 20-year career with Siemens, where he ended up serving as CEO of Siemens AG until 2007. He’s served as an advisor to several US Presidents as well as European, Asian, and Middle Eastern government leaders.
Dr. Kleinfeld is an Honorary Senator of the Lindau Nobel Laureates Meeting, an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Board of Directors of The Metropolitan Opera.
Most recently he wrote a book called “Leading to Thrive: Mastering Strategies for Sustainable Success in Business and Life”.
He was born in Bremen, Germany, and holds an MBA from the University of Goettingen and a PhD from the University of Wuerzburg. A dual US and German citizen, Dr. Kleinfeld lives with his family in New York.

Bill Kramer
CEO, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

Bill Kramer is the CEO of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the world’s preeminent organization devoted to cinema. In this role, he oversees assets of over $1B, an annual operating budget of $180MM and a team of over 700. He is responsible for the Academy’s global operations and programs, including the Oscars, the Academy Museum, services for the organization’s 11,000 members, and the $500MM Academy100 revenue diversification campaign.
Before his position as Academy CEO, Kramer was the Director and President of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures—the world’s largest film museum—which he successfully opened in September 2021. In this role, Kramer oversaw all aspects of the project’s management, staffing, design, curation, fundraising, and creative direction. He previously served as the museum’s Managing Director of Development and External Affairs for five years, successfully raising $250MM to move the project into construction and managing its public approvals and planning process.
In addition, Kramer has led capital and comprehensive fundraising campaigns for the Columbia University School of the Arts and the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) and has served in senior business and fundraising positions at the Sundance Institute and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM).
Bill holds a Master of Urban Planning and Public Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Rodger Levenson
Chief Executive Officer, WSFS Financial Corporation

Rodger Levenson is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of WSFS Financial Corporation and its primary subsidiary, WSFS Bank.
Rodger has been a member of the WSFS Executive Management team since joining the Company in 2006. He has held several leadership roles at WSFS including: Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer from July 2017 to December 2018, EVP and Chief Corporate Development Officer from June 2016 to July 2017, interim EVP and Chief Financial Officer from April 2015 to June 2016, and EVP and Chief Commercial Banking Officer from November 2006 to April 2015.
He began his banking career in 1986 in Philadelphia at CoreStates Financial (now part of Wells Fargo) where he led several business units over 17 years.
An active member of the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware communities, Rodger lends his experience and expertise to several local not-for-profits while continuing to champion economic growth throughout the region. His community and civic service includes memberships on the U.S. Federal Reserve Board’s Federal Advisory Council (FAC), Delaware Prosperity Partnership Board of Directors, as well as the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and CEO Council for Growth of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. He also serves as a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Corporate Council and on the Executive Committee of the Satell Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility. Rodger previously served as Chairman of the Delaware Bankers Association as well as the United Way of Delaware Board of Directors.
In 2021, Rodger was the recipient of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey’s Community Leadership Award. In 2022, Rodger was named Drexel University Business Leader of the Year.
A native of Broomall, Pa., Rodger earned a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University. He reinforced his leadership experiences with certifications from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Center for Creative Leadership, and Harvard Business School.

Tarek Rabah

In his more than 20 years of experience, he has successfully launched brands and led divisions with AstraZeneca and Novartis in the United States, Europe, South America, Japan, and the Middle East. His expertise spans therapeutic areas in highly competitive and complex healthcare categories. For Tarek, leadership is not about having all the answers, rather it is about creating an environment where Otsuka-people are deeply connected to their purpose and the people they serve.
Tarek joined Otsuka in 2022 as President & CEO of Otsuka’s North America Pharmaceutical Business, with responsibility in the US and Canada. Driven by his personal passion to improve the lives of people, Tarek is leading Otsuka’s efforts to introduce products, programs, policies, and advocacy initiatives that help address unmet medical needs and untapped market opportunities.
He holds a BS in Biology and a BA in Business from the American University of Beirut, and an MBA from McGill University. He is fluent in five languages.

Marvin “Skip” Schoenhals

Prior to leading the turn around of WSFS, Schoenhals led the turnaround of two banks in Michigan.
Former Chairman – Vision 2015 – A coalition of education, government, business and civic leaders throughout Delaware that formed the Vision Coalition. It also laid the foundation for Delaware’s first-place selection in the federal Race to the Top competition. (https://visioncoalitionde.org/about/vision-2015/). He served on the advisory board of The Foundation for Florida’s Future, an education advocacy group, and is a past board member of the Curry School of Education Foundation, University of Virginia.
Schoenhals was also the Chairman of Burris Logistics, Milford, Delaware. Burris is a privately-owned frozen and dry food distributor from 2005 – 2017.
He was the awarded the Josiah Marvel Cup in 2009, presented by the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce to a Delawarean who has made outstanding contributions to the state, community and society. In 2004 Schoenhals was inducted into the Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame. He was Chairman and or director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh for 12 years.
He also served as Director of Brandywine Mutual Funds; Chairman – Delaware Public Policy Institute; Chairman – Delaware State Chamber of Commerce; Chairman – Sunday Breakfast Mission (homeless shelter); and Mayor of Owosso, Michigan.
Schoenhals graduated from the University of Michigan and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Turner
Former Executive Chairman, President, and CEO, WSFS Bank

Mark Turner was born, raised, and schooled in North Philadelphia. He has spent the majority of his career in banking, primarily at WSFS Bank, where he held the roles of CFO, COO, CEO, and Executive Chair. Mark was appointed president and CEO of WSFS in 2007 and served as a member of the executive leadership team for more than two decades. During his time at WSFS, customers repeatedly selected it as the “top workplace” and a “top bank” in Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
A lifelong learner, he received degrees from LaSalle University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Nebraska; and attended many executive education experiences in the decades thereafter. Today, he serves on the McNulty Leadership Program Advisory Board at the Wharton School and on the Board of ChristianaCare, a network of private, non-profit hospitals providing healthcare services to Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. Mark likes to run, golf, read, and travel. He and his brilliant wife, Regina, VMD, PhD, live in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and together have raised two amazing daughters.

Grace Vandecruze
Founder and Managing Director, Grace Global Capital, LLC

Grace Vandecruze is the Founder and Managing Director at Grace Global Capital LLC, a consulting firm providing M&A financial advisory, restructuring, and valuation to insurance companies and financial regulators since 2006. Her distinguished career includes pivotal leadership roles at Swiss Re, where she directed regulatory advisory services and groundbreaking work providing expert testimony during the largest insurance bankruptcy in history. Ms. Vandecruze has provided IPO advisory in the largest public offerings of insurance companies throughout her career and has executed over $25 billion in M&A and financing transactions. Ms. Vandecruze brings a unique combination of C-suite experience in banking, M&A, capital markets, and accounting.
Before founding Grace Global Capital in 2006, Ms. Vandecruze served as Managing Director at Swiss Re and has held key positions at Merrill Lynch and EY. Her educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University. She is also a CPA.
Ms. Vandecruze serves on multiple boards, including PIMCO Closed-End Funds, Blackstone PE Strategies Fund (BXPE), Blackstone Infrastructure Fund, The Doctors Company, and Resolution Life Group Holdings. Her financial acumen and leadership have earned her recognition as “Directors to Watch” by Directors & Boards magazine, “Woman to Watch” by Business Insurance magazine, and “Corporate Woman of the Year” by Pace University. She was also appointed to the Wharton Graduate Executive Board and Wharton Leadership Advisory Board.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Vandecruze is the author of the international bestseller Homeless to Millionaire: 6 Keys to UPLIFT Your Financial Abundance, embodying the power of transformation and economic empowerment. An adventurous spirit, she is also a licensed sailor and mountaineer who has summited a number of mountain peaks across three continents. She is married to Marcus Smith, a fellow classmate of the Wharton MBA Class of 1994, and they have three children.
